1. About SPEEQ

SPEEQ is a goal-based language learning platform that connects users with independent tutors for live, human-led language sessions. SPEEQ focuses on contextual and practical language use based on specific user goals rather than standardized curricula or fixed learning levels.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to use the Service.

3. No User Account Registration

At this stage, SPEEQ does not require users to create an account or personal profile. Users may access the Service by submitting required information during the booking process, including but not limited to:

• E-mail address

• WhatsApp number

All session-related communications will be conducted through these channels.

4. Booking Process

Users may browse available tutors and book sessions based on tutor expertise and availability. By submitting a booking request, users agree to:

• provide accurate contact information

• comply with the scheduled session time

• complete payment prior to session delivery

Once payment is confirmed, session access details will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Session Delivery

Learning sessions are conducted live through third-party communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms). SPEEQ acts as a facilitator and does not directly conduct learning sessions.

6. Tutors & Learning Model

Tutors on SPEEQ are independent professionals and are not employees of SPEEQ. Each tutor may offer:

• daily speaking practice

• professional or industry-specific language use

• exam or scholarship preparation

• work or relocation-oriented language skills

SPEEQ does not impose a fixed curriculum. Session content depends on:

• the user’s stated goals

• tutor expertise

• interaction during the session

7. Session Summary & Feedback

After a completed session, tutors may provide written summaries, feedback, or learning notes. These summaries:

• are created manually by tutors

• are delivered via email and/or WhatsApp

• may vary in format, depth, and detail

SPEEQ does not guarantee standardized summaries or identical feedback quality across tutors.

8. Technology & AI Disclaimer

SPEEQ currently does not provide AI-generated learning content or automated summaries. All learning outcomes are based on real-time human interaction. Any AI-assisted features may be introduced in future versions of the platform and will be communicated separately.

9. Payments

All sessions must be paid in full before delivery. Prices may vary depending on:

• tutor expertise

• session type

• bundle or single-session selection

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• completed sessions are non-refundable

• missed sessions due to user unavailability may not be rescheduled

• cancellation policies may vary by tutor and will be communicated prior to booking

11. Data & Privacy

SPEEQ collects limited personal data strictly for:

• session coordination

• communication

• service improvement

Collected data may include:

• contact details

• booking information

• session-related notes

SPEEQ does not sell user data to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

SPEEQ is not responsible for:

• individual learning outcomes

• tutor opinions or advice

• technical issues beyond reasonable control

13. Modifications

SPEEQ reserves the right to modify these Terms as the platform evolves. Updates will be communicated through official SPEEQ channels.
